Cherry scoops Customer Loyalty and Retention Award for the Second Year Running

This week Cherry London was delighted to win Customer Loyalty and Retention Award for the second year running at The Financial Services Forum Awards 2016 for their Aviva Advantages loyalty programme.

The Financial Services Forum Awards 2016 were held at the City of London Guildhall. The awards, now in their 13th year, are the only awards to recognise the effectiveness of marketing in the financial services sector. The night celebrated the best of the best within the industry with a night of fine cuisine, entertainment and networking for industry professionals.

Cherry and Aviva won the Customer Loyalty and Retention Award for the second year running,  due to their insurance industry leading work on Aviva Advantages, a digitally-enabled (web, app, mobile and email) loyalty partnership programme. The aim of the initiative is to offer wide-ranging benefits for Aviva customers and to drive loyalty and encourage engagement.

Well done to everyone involved and here’s to a great 2016 ahead!
